Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown

It was comfortable and clean, one of the nicest hotels I have ever been at.

Absolutely everything. Simple elegance. A stunning entry and lobby floor. My room was comfy and larger than I thought. Very clean. The amenities were so great! I was there on business at the BOK Center and the shuttle service was nice to have. I left my car checked the entire stay.

I loved the area it was safe & the room was spacious. However it didn’t have a microwave, I guess they want you to eat at their restaurant downstairs. I ate there the food was ok the burger was better. Also, had trouble with our reservation saying it wasn’t there we just canceled and rebought a bigger room so that was weird but the hotel sorted it out. But it took an hour to sort it that’s the only problem.

Closeness to nice restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle staff located my missing neck pillow before I left. Liked that they offered shuttle service to nearby places. We did walk home afterward as we saw the neighborhood was save in daylight.

The check out time of noon was very convenient and much appreciated. This should be a required minimum for hotel stays. The location was excellent. Was walking distance to our event location. The tv channel selection was awesome for sports lovers. Multiple ESPN channels and also Ballys sports streaming.
