Big room, comfortable beds. Gym and swimming pool available. 24/7 reception. Nice staff. Very good heating/cooling system in the room. Airport shuttle. Bathtub. Nice café at the lobby.

The club lounge was nice. There were no hot items, but breakfast sandwiches and burritos that could be heated in the microwave and bagels in the toaster. There was fruit and various carb snack items, water and sodas plus hot chocolate and coffee options. We also liked having the use of the microwave and a dining area for grocery-purchased items. No microwave in the room. Good location. Quiet, comfortable. Nice having a guest laundry. Staff were great. And we were able to check in before noon. Very convenient. Good view of the city and spectacular sunsets.

The Avery Bartender/Waitress was simply the best. We went in, after checking in late the first time and returned another 4 times just to see her. Drinks were great and Sunday Brunch was delicious.

Absolutely everything. Simple elegance. A stunning entry and lobby floor. My room was comfy and larger than I thought. Very clean. The amenities were so great! I was there on business at the BOK Center and the shuttle service was nice to have. I left my car checked the entire stay.

I loved the layout of the hotel. When you first walk in the front entrance it’s like the ball of Cinderella it was so amazing so clean. The staff was amazing Frank was so kind and so sweet to my girls . I wanna say thank you for allowing us to stay at such an amazing place. I will definitely be back there.

I loved the area it was safe & the room was spacious. However it didn’t have a microwave, I guess they want you to eat at their restaurant downstairs. I ate there the food was ok the burger was better. Also, had trouble with our reservation saying it wasn’t there we just canceled and rebought a bigger room so that was weird but the hotel sorted it out. But it took an hour to sort it that’s the only problem.

Early check-in and friendly staff. They set out coffee and tea early in the morning which was nice.

We used Room service from The Avery once for dinner. The food was pretty good. They delivered and forgot one item but brought it up as soon as we identified the missing item.
